Questions people ask
Does my child need an account to open a memory?
No. It arrives as an email link and opens in the browser on any phone or computer. They can keep it safe in their own TrueKin later if they want to.
Can I change the delivery date after I keep something?
Yes. You can change the date, the recipient or the words until the moment it arrives.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing you’ve scheduled is lost. Deliveries never stop if you stop paying, on every plan.
What does “Only if I’m not there” mean?
It is delivered only after your guardians confirm your passing. Time passing alone never releases anything.
Is there an app to install?
No. TrueKin works in your browser. You can add it to your phone’s home screen and it opens like an app.
What if their email address changes?
If an address stops working we tell you and ask for a new one. We try again once it’s fixed, so nothing is lost.
